Meet Stacy Bowers

As a native of the Boise area, I have spent numerous hours exploring all Idaho has to offer. I am an AVID outdoors-woman who loves to recreate in Idaho’s pristine mountains, lakes, and rivers. I am a season pass holder and love to ski and snowboard at local mountains such as Bogus Basin (16mi) and Brundage Mountain in beautiful McCall, ID (100mi). I can’t disclose my favorite fly-fishing spots, but there are numerous clear water streams and high mountain lakes teaming with native trout that I love to catch and release. Running in the foothills behind my house in the North End and biking all over the Boise front is another past-time of mine. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family BBQ’ing on the patio and enjoying Boise’s long summer nights.
I am a graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology, with minors in Psychology and Communication. I have also explored Graduate studies in the field of Counseling.
I am an avid Bronco fan and enjoy watching the football games in the fall.
As well as having a diverse education, I have also had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States, Europe and South America. After graduating from BSU, I chose to study Spanish in Madrid, Spain at the Universidad de Complutense de Madrid. I spent a summer in Spain and had such a wonderful experience immersing myself in that fabulous culture. Traveling to over a dozen foreign countries is an enlightening and enriching experience, but also makes me even more appreciative of having the opportunity to live in such a wonderful place….Boise, ID.
